Companies displaying our seal have satisfied our investigations into the following areas:
- Physical Location verification through USPS or UPS
- Certified copies of applicable and up to date business and/or occupational licenses
- Contact information verification both online and offline
- CAN-SPAM compliance for all email marketing efforts
- Secure checkout experience verified and routinely tested
- Feedback or comment mechanism in place for customer care
- Affidavit verifying that any successful hacker attempts prior to certification have been resolved
- Agreement to notify GuardianHost Networks within 24 hours of any future hacker attempts
